What will it cost?

Our fee structure is transparent, with no hidden or unexpected costs

Unlike instructing lawyers, who will charge you whenever they write a letter, send an email, appear at court etc; we only charge an initial fee, followed by a completion cost, charged only if Judicare are successful.

All efforts made up until the successful resolution are covered by the initial fee. Only on successful resolution of a case will Judicare apply a final settlement fee. This performance based settlement fee is calculated a percentage of the money successfully reclaimed; all costs are fully agreed by the claimant before any legal proceedings are commenced.  Assessed on a case-by-case basis, this performance fee is typically around ten percent of the principal amount claimed.
