The first stage is for our property investment recovery experts to build a thorough understanding of your case.

It allows both parties to gain a good understanding of your situation before any costs  are incurred.

To conduct a free assessment we will need as many facts as possible surrounding your case. The relevant details should be found on the documentation relating to your purchase, including the reservation/purchase contract, any proof of payments, the schedule of events, copies of correspondence with developers/selling agents/lawyers and the bank guarantee. We will use this information to investigate your situation; identifying any irregularities or fraudulent activities associated with the property purchase.

You will be provided with a written viability report on your case. This details our legal opinion on the best course of action and the likelihood of success. In such an honest assessment, it allows you to make an informed decision based on facts before paying any fees to progress further; there is never any obligation at this stage.
