Your Case

If you choose to commence legal proceedings following our viability report then Judicare will prepare your case for you.

This process is accelerated as we have already assessed your situation and determined an appropriate course of action.

Your UK case manager will instruct our local expert lawyers thereby avoiding communication issues such as distance, time zones and language barriers.

An initial fee covers all the costs involved in preparing your case for the legal system.
Wherever possible we will require copies of the following documentation:

• Reservation/purchase contract
• Proof of payment (copy of deposit cheques, bank transfers, foreign exchange documents)
• Schedule of events
• Correspondence with developers/selling agents/lawyers
• Bank guarantee documents

We always aim to achieve an extra-judicial out of court settlement, to avoid stressful court appearances. However, if going to court is necessary to recover your investment we will not hesitate in taking this course of action. Throughout this process you will only ever deal with our UK-based team, who will be on hand to answer your questions and keep you updated on the progress of your case.
