Even if a developer is properly researched before going ahead with an off-plan property purchase, an investor might not be immune to experiencing problems.

The developer may run into financial difficulties or even legal troubles in the course of building a property, leaving you with an inbuilt or incomplete property that may never be finished.

We can assess the situation. If we find that a developer has declared itself bankrupt then Judicare will investigate why this has occurred; if evidence of fraud is uncovered there may be a case for criminal redress.
